Are you a people-person who loves bringing communities together? Our client is looking for their next Events & Outreach Coordinator for a mission-driven non-profit organization to help grow awareness, strengthen local partnerships, and deliver standout events. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently represent their organization, build relationships, and keep multiple projects moving at once.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute events (community, donor, volunteer, and gala) from timeline through post-event follow-up
- Manage budgets, vendors, venues, catering, décor, registration, and event technology
- Recruit and coordinate committees and volunteers
- Create promotional messaging and support outreach via email, newsletters, print, and social media
- Build community visibility through networking, tabling, and partnership opportunities
- Track attendance, sponsorship deliverables, and event results
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in events, outreach, marketing, or nonprofit work
- Comfortable with cold calling for sponsorship/outreach and relationship-building
- Confident using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (and learning new tools)
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule for occasional evenings/weekends
- Ability to commute between Lancaster and Lebanon as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

- Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
- Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000/year
- Hours / Schedule: Mon–Fri (occasional evenings/weekends)
- Location: On-site (Lancaster, PA; travel between Lancaster & Lebanon required)
