If you’re an organized, friendly admin who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly and coordinating communication, this part-time Office Administrator role could be a great fit. Our client is a welcoming, open, and affirming faith-based organization in Elizabethtown, PA, and you’ll support their leadership team while helping manage day-to-day operations and keeping information accurate and confidential.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Provide primary administrative support to their leadership team and staff
- Prepare weekly materials (bulletins, newsletters, simple presentations) and assist with ongoing communications
- Maintain records, databases, directories, and key documents with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage calendars, facility scheduling, sign-up sheets, and general office coordination
- Support committees/teams with basic admin tasks and follow-up correspondence
- Handle office supply ordering, mail distribution, and vendor coordination
- Assist with basic financial admin (preparing payments for review, deposits, contribution tracking, statements)
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of administrative/office support experience (bookkeeping exposure is a plus)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint helpful)
- Comfort updating websites/social media and using email marketing tools (preferred)
- Professional communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

- Job Type: Temp-to-Perm, Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $17.85–$19.25/hr.
- Hours / Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm (approx. 28–32 hrs/week)
- Location: On-site in Elizabethtown, PA
