If you enjoy turning customer needs into clear, accurate quotes, our client in Lititz, PA, is looking for their next Inside Sales Representative who could be a great fit for their team. You’ll support recurring customer sales, inventory/stock sales, and “similar to” quotes while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit timely, compliant quotes for incoming RFQs and sales inquiries
- Partner with Business Development and Program Management on annual catalog pricing and proactive quoting
- Coordinate “similar to” quotations with internal stakeholders and transition awarded POs for execution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries via email and phone
- Support smooth handoffs to Contracts and Program Management after PO/contract receipt
- Help identify opportunities to sell inventory parts/subassemblies/spares and recommend stocking plans
- Maintain and grow a prospect/opportunity database; recommend process improvements
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree or 5+ years of related business experience
- 2+ years supporting a dynamic team environment; sales/customer service/BD/marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, analysis, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and ERP/database tools
- FAR/DFAR familiarity preferred; comfortable managing multiple deadlines

- Pay / Salary: $23–$31/hour
- Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Location: On-site in Lititz, PA
