As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruiting & Marketing Assistant to support our recruiting team while helping modernize and expand our social media and employer brand presence.

Position Overview
The Recruiting & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations, enhancing our company’s social media presence, and support creating an engaging candidate and client experience.
This is a dual role that combines recruiting support, social media/content creation, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn multiple aspects of the staffing industry.
This position also offers a clear growth path into recruiting and staffing management for the right individual.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Conduct basic resume screening and phone interviews
- Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling
- Assist with background checks and employment verifications
- Support recruiters during high-volume hiring initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within our ATS and related systems
- Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Social Media & Marketing
- Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy
- Create engaging recruiting and employer branding content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other Social Media platforms.
- Assist with filming, editing, and posting short-form video content and behind-the-scenes office content
- Coordinate daily social media activity, including stories, posts, and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership and recruiters to develop personal branding and recruiting content
- Work with external creative partners and utilize existing company video assets when appropriate
- Support the company’s efforts to grow brand awareness and online engagement
Administrative & Office Support
- Answer incoming office phone calls professionally
- Assist with data entry and maintaining organized records
- Order office supplies and support day-to-day office operations
- Provide additional administrative support to recruiters and leadership as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree, or an in-progress degree
- Professional experience in administrative support, marketing, customer service, social media management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and clients over the phone
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
- Experience managing and creating social media content and accounts for a business or brand
- Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn content creation
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Exposure to recruiting, staffing, or HR environments is a plus
