Temporary Executive Assistant (Part-Time)
Position Summary
Our client, a global technology company serving the telecommunications and fintech industries, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and assist with day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises discretion, and manages multiple priorities effectively.
The position is primarily in-person at the client’s Lancaster City headquarters and will support executive administration, office management, document processing, and financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar coordination and scheduling assistance.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Office Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for general office operations.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and administrative logistics.
- Support visitors, meetings, and day-to-day office needs.
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment.
Receipt Reporting & Expense Administration
- Collect, organize, and process receipts and expense documentation.
- Ensure receipts and supporting documentation are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner.
Document Processing
- Process, file, scan, and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record organization.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting executives, business owners, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with expense reporting and financial documentation.
- Prior office management experience.
- Experience supporting executives within a professional services, technology, or global business environment.

Job Details
- Assignment Length: Temporary (mid-July through mid-October)
- Pay: $24–$28 per hour
- Hours: 10–15 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Start Time Options: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM
- Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site)
