Administrative Assistant/Import Coordinator
Are you an organized, adaptable professional looking to make a meaningful impact? This temporary-to-permanent Administrative Assistant role may be the perfect fit for you! You’ll support our client’s dynamic office team during a maternity leave coverage, with the opportunity to continue as a long-term backup for our Importing Administrator. This is a fantastic chance to develop your administrative skills while working in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Online
- Maintain accurate records in Google Docs and internal systems
- Support registration and compliance workflows in our vehicle importing department
- Confidently work within Microsoft Office 365 to complete daily tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams
- Enter and track vehicle data and verify recall statuses
- Professionaly communicate with customers, vendors, transporters, and auction representatives
- Maintain spreadsheets and records in Google Docs
- Prepare and submit required forms, invoices, and compliance reports.
