Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities with accuracy and consistency
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare and enter journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support month-end close processes and routine financial reporting
- Maintain organized financial records, files, and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing questions
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bookkeeping or accounting support experience (minimum 1 year)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communication and a reliable, team-focused approach

- Hours / Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday (days may vary, 10-20 hour per week)
