Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic financial services team? We’re searching for a Financial Services Administrative Assistant to join our client’s office, supporting two financial advisors and assisting other team members as needed. This temp-to-perm position offers a pathway to a permanent role!
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism.
- Handle client service requests and maintain their CRM database (Redtail CRM preferred).
- Coordinate follow-up processes for client transactions and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and office staff.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in the financial services industry preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (Redtail CRM is a plus).
- Experience with financial planning systems are a plus, but not required
- Securities licenses are a plus but not required.
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $24-$26/hour, based on experience. Benefits available upon permanent hire.
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, 30 minute unpaid lunch (37.5 hours/week)
Dress Code: Business professional attire required.
