Our client, a non-profit organization in Lancaster City, is seeking a friendly, dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support their front desk and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in clients; provide basic guidance and help direct them appropriately
- Answer and route calls on the main switchboard; take accurate messages and screen calls when needed
- Support utility assistance walk-ins with initial needs assessment and document collection
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate shipments
- Assist with invoicing support, updating client files, and ordering/maintaining office supplies
- Help with special projects, events, and internal calendars as assigned
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma/GED required (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
- 4+ years of administrative/clerical experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong computer skills, basic math, and attention to detail
- Professional, calm demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Hours / Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8:00am–4:00pm (30-min break); Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (60-min break)
- Location: On-site in Lancaster City, PA
