What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a talented staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
- Build strong partnerships within Lancaster County, engaging donors, organizations, and educational institutions
- Drive fundraising efforts to meet and exceed financial goals
- Oversee daily operations, financial management, and strategic planning
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in fundraising, relationship building, and operational leadership
- 5+ years in nonprofit management, fundraising, or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft, Google, and other software

Job Details
- Job Type: Perm, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Pay: Up to $100,000 annually
- Location: Hybrid (Lancaster County), with some evening and local travel required
- Start Date: January 1, 2027
