Local hospital chooses TriStarr as primary vendor

Our hospital and other affiliated companies of our health care system have been working with TriStarr since 1993. In January 2001, TriStarr was selected to be our primary vendor for clerical and administrative staffing services.

TriStarr provides staffing assistance of the following type:

  • Secretaries / Executive Secretaries
  • Billing and Customer Service Representatives
  • Accounting Clerks and Assistants
  • Legal Secretaries
  • Transcriptionists
  • Human Resources Assistants
  • Switchboard Operators

TriStarr worked with us to evaluate the skills of current employees in the positions of administrative assistant, secretary, and other clerical staff support. The skill assessment provides a basis for screening applicants, designing development programs for current staff, and career advancement. Performance expectations and behavioral profiles were created for certain positions that both TriStarr and our internal staff use in screening applicants. The goal of the project is to improve job satisfaction, overall performance, and career development while reducing turnover.
