This letter is in regard to your recent service on employee behavioral analysis. Though you provide many other employment services to us that we find helpful, this one has really made a difference in our firm.

As you know, we profiled 10 employees before pairing them up into teams. Your data not only helped us to make the right match, but it allowed these folks to better understand how they can work together more effectively. The best part, though, was the employees’ acceptance of the process and how they actually found value in the task. I’m sure we all have a better understanding of each other, especially now that they know I can be a tough taskmaster (ha ha). Personally, I am glad I did this for myself. The insight you gain from the process about who you are and how you’ll be perceived as a leader helps me to keep my employees’ needs top of mind. I was also quite pleased with the cost-effectiveness of this service. I know we will continue to use this tool in ongoing HR policies.
