Our client, a well-established organization in Lancaster, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrative Assistant to join their corporate IT team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Director of Systems & IT and the broader department. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel for IT leadership
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
- Support departmental projects by tracking timelines, maintaining logs, and assisting with project management tools
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and electronic files
- Assist with vendor communications, service contracts, and renewals
- Document meeting notes, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide light technical coordination and ticket follow-up with the IT service desk
- Collaborate with HR and IT to support onboarding of new hires (accounts, equipment, access)
- Coordinate event and meeting logistics, including room bookings and A/V setup
- Handle inquiries and communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting IT or technical teams
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable learning project management and ticketing systems (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality

- Pay Rate: $24–$33/hr. (based on experience)
- Location: Lancaster, PA
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00am – 4:30pm with 30-minute unpaid break
- Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity
