Lead Medical Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time to Start)

In this pivotal role, you will perform personalized aesthetic consultations, administer a variety of advanced treatments, and help shape the future of aesthetic medicine. As a cornerstone of our team, your expertise will inspire confidence in our patients and support our mission of enhancing natural beauty through compassionate, expert care.
Required Skills:
- Valid, active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Certification in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections
- 2-3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, with proficiency in injectables and advanced treatments
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities with organizational and mentoring abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support a positive environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with microneedling, PRP, laser treatments, chemical peels
- Passion for ongoing professional development and skill enhancement
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nurse Practitioner licensing in Pennsylvania
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a clinical leader role
Other Requirements:
- Certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training
- Ability to work part-time initially, with potential for full-time growth
- Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards and fostering a welcoming patient environment
