We’re seeking a talented and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Lancaster as a Lead Medical Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. In this pivotal role, you will perform personalized aesthetic consultations, administer a variety of advanced treatments, and help shape the future of aesthetic medicine. As a cornerstone of our team, your expertise will inspire confidence in our patients and support our mission of enhancing natural beauty through compassionate, expert care.
Required Skills:

• Valid, active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• Certification in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections
• 2-3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, with proficiency in injectables and advanced treatments
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities with organizational and mentoring abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support a positive environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with microneedling, PRP, laser treatments, chemical peels
• Passion for ongoing professional development and skill enhancement

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Nurse Practitioner licensing in Pennsylvania
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a clinical leader role

Other Requirements:

• Certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Ability to work part-time initially, with potential for full-time growth
• Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards and fostering a welcoming patient environment
