Scott Fiore is a partner at TriStarr, bringing over 27 years of invaluable experience to the organization. In his role, Scott assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TriStarr, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

His expertise extends beyond traditional staffing solutions. Scott leverages his deep understanding of personality and behavioral assessments to provide insightful consulting to clients, aiding them in selection processes and optimizing team dynamics. Moreover, he lends his consulting services to non-profit organizations, offering guidance to search committees for Executive Director, President, and other senior leadership positions.

As a trusted advisor, Scott actively engages with a diverse range of clients, affording him a comprehensive and up-to-date perspective on the ever-evolving workforce landscape. This firsthand knowledge enables him to provide tailored and effective solutions to businesses seeking assistance in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Outside of his professional commitments, Scott is deeply involved in the Lancaster Community. He has dedicated his time and expertise to various boards and organizations, having served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has also Chaired the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic and the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra. He has also served on the Boards of the United Way of Lancaster, the Affiliated Staffing Group and the Long’s Park Amphitheater Foundation Scott is a proud resident of Lancaster, where he resides with his wife, Laura, and is the loving father of three children—two daughters, aged 30 and 28, and a son, aged 24. His personal and professional contributions reflect his unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in both the business world and the community at large.
