I have been with TriStarr for 16 years and currently serve as our Lead Staffing Manager. I oversee our recruitment team, work with our clients on staffing requests, and interview candidates. After completing a degree in Management at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, I worked in customer service for several years before relocating to the Lancaster area. I registered with TriStarr for temporary work in 2007 and quickly earned the opportunity to join the team! With the support of Joan and Scott over the years, I have managed projects for some of our largest clients and earned my CSP certification (Certified Staffing Professional). In addition to managing our staff working in our community, I also manage our internal recruitment team and enjoy helping them continue to grow in their roles. The most fulfilling part of my role is twofold for me. The first is the joy I feel when I make a successful match between a company and a candidate. It can be a life-changing moment for a person and being a part of that is truly gratifying. The second is seeing the growth in my team. Our jobs are challenging and ever-changing and it takes a special person to fill the role. This team is full of bright, compassionate, hardworking individuals and it’s a privilege to be a part of their success. With time, I’m eager to continue growing in my role here at TriStarr. Our industry is always evolving and learning never stops! I hope to see our company continue to grow and expand our impact in Central Pa.
When I’m not working, you can find me in downtown Lancaster enjoying the local shops, markets, and restaurants. My heart is absolutely in Lancaster City’s unique culture and energy. I enjoy walks around town with my husband finding unique bits of history and architecture, traveling, antiquing, and taking naps.
