Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
As the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator here at TriStarr I process weekly payroll for our temporary employees and I oversee the benefit enrollment process. I determine which employees have met the eligibility requirements for our health insurance and 401K plans. I distribute information about the plans to our employees, answer general questions, and guide them through enrollment. I also assist our Director of Finance and support our Staffing Managers.
I came to TriStarr in 2014 after having been home with my four boys for 16 years. Prior to motherhood I worked for The Vanguard Group and way back in 1991 I graduated from the University of Richmond.
Over the years my husband and I have been very involved with Manheim Township Football and Lacrosse. When I’m not at work, I enjoy watching and playing various sports and going on trips with my family.
