TriStarr’s client, an established multi-service professional services firm in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their team. What You’ll Do:
- Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments with accuracy
- Manage the weekly check production schedule, generate checks and reports, and match checks to corresponding paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Set up vendors and request W-9 forms as required
- Code expense reports for timely payment
- Promptly deposit daily cash receipts
- Assist with maintaining resident files in PCC for assisted living facilities
- Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED

Type of Employment: Permanent
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours per week, (4 hour shift between 7am-1pm M-F)
Work Environment: Fully onsite
