TriStarr’s client, a fast-paced and friendly tax and accounting firm, is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support their busy Lititz office during tax season. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the first friendly face clients see, this could be a great opportunity for you this spring!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet clients and accept tax documents dropped off at the office
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Log work and maintain accurate records
- Schedule client appointments
- Sort, scan, and organize documents
- Assist with processing tax returns
- Notify clients when tax returns are completed
- Provide administrative support to the Administrator and team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior office or administrative experience
- Comfortable using computers and standard office technology
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong multitasking skills
Assignment Details:
- Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal (Tax Season)
- Length: January 26th – April 15th
- Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Dress Code: Business Casual
