TriStarr’s client, a fast-paced and friendly tax and accounting firm, is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support their busy Lititz office during tax season. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the first friendly face clients see, this could be a great opportunity for you this spring!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Greet clients and accept tax documents dropped off at the office
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members
  • Log work and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Sort, scan, and organize documents
  • Assist with processing tax returns
  • Notify clients when tax returns are completed
  • Provide administrative support to the Administrator and team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior office or administrative experience
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office technology
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong multitasking skills

Assignment Details:

  • Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal (Tax Season)
  • Length: January 26th – April 15th
  • Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Dress Code: Business Casual
