What You'll Do
- Serve as the central hub for all warehouse functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse associates and jockey drivers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assign work according to the outbound schedule to ensure timely loading and shipment.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics supervisor and report directly to the warehouse manager.
What We're Looking For

Knowledge & Experience:
- Understanding of shipping and receiving practices.
- Ability to quickly analyze information and solve problems under pressure.
- Familiarity with SAP/DLX and Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others.
- Reliability, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; education in supply chain or logistics preferred.
- At least one year of administrative and related experience is required.
- Steel-toe shoes required when in the warehouse.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.

Assignment Length: 6+ months temporary – could be a great foot in the door!
Competitive Pay: $20/hour plus a $3/hour shift differential.
Schedule: 6pm-7am (13 hour shifts) on an alternating schedule
