In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless communication, optimal workflow, and on-time loading. What You'll Do

• Serve as the central hub for all warehouse functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse associates and jockey drivers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assign work according to the outbound schedule to ensure timely loading and shipment.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics supervisor and report directly to the warehouse manager.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge & Experience:

  • Understanding of shipping and receiving practices.
  • Ability to quickly analyze information and solve problems under pressure.
  • Familiarity with SAP/DLX and Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).

• Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others.
  • Reliability, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; education in supply chain or logistics preferred.
  • At least one year of administrative and related experience is required.
  • Steel-toe shoes required when in the warehouse.
  • Reliable transportation is mandatory.

Assignment Length: 6+ months temporary – could be a great foot in the door!
Competitive Pay: $20/hour plus a $3/hour shift differential.
Schedule: 6pm-7am (13 hour shifts) on an alternating schedule
