Our client, a non-profit organization located in Lebanon, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented, people-friendly professional to support a community program serving families. This role is paperwork and computer-heavy, follows clear policies and procedures, and includes phone and in-person interactions with clients. Ideal for someone who thrives in structured, repetitive work and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients (in person and by phone) to collect information and complete program-related documentation
- Review and process applications and ongoing case updates according to established DHS guidelines
- Maintain accurate electronic case files, notes, and supporting documentation
- Explain program steps, required documents, and general eligibility-related information in a clear, respectful way
- Coordinate with internal teams and community partners to ensure cases move forward smoothly
- Stay organized, manage deadlines, and follow a consistent workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services (or related), or a diploma plus 2+ years of human services experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort with repetitive, policy-driven processing work
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
- Customer service, intake, or case-support experience is a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

- Job Type: Temp-Perm
- Pay / Salary: $17-$19/hr.
- Hours / Schedule: FT; 8:30am-5pm with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Location: Lebanon, PA. On-site (business casual dress code)
