This role supports a mobile veterinary practice by serving as the primary afternoon point of contact for clients, gathering important details, and helping their field veterinarians stay informed and responsive. It’s a meaningful position for someone who works well independently and can stay composed when urgency is involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls, including urgent or unusual situations
- Assess client needs and gather accurate, relevant information
- Communicate updates clearly and promptly to veterinarians in the field
- Schedule appointments using Trello
- Manage client-veterinarian communication flow
- Scan and file paperwork in Google Drive
- Handle rabies vaccine records, mail certificates, and confirm billing
- Assist with administrative support for finance and pharmacy needs
- Close office
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable making judgment calls and solving problems independently
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Previous administrative, scheduling, or office support experience is helpful

- Job Type: Temp to Perm
- Pay / Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours / Schedule: PT Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM (25 hours per week)
- Location: Brickerville, PA; onsite
