This role supports a mobile veterinary practice by serving as the primary afternoon point of contact for clients, gathering important details, and helping their field veterinarians stay informed and responsive. It’s a meaningful position for someone who works well independently and can stay composed when urgency is involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls, including urgent or unusual situations
• Assess client needs and gather accurate, relevant information
• Communicate updates clearly and promptly to veterinarians in the field
• Schedule appointments using Trello
• Manage client-veterinarian communication flow
• Scan and file paperwork in Google Drive
• Handle rabies vaccine records, mail certificates, and confirm billing
• Assist with administrative support for finance and pharmacy needs
• Close office 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable making judgment calls and solving problems independently
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Previous administrative, scheduling, or office support experience is helpful

Job Details

• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Pay / Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience) 
• Hours / Schedule: PT Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM (25 hours per week)
• Location: Brickerville, PA; onsite
