Our client, a financial advisory firm in York, PA, is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to support its team with client service and day-to-day account operations. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the trusted point of contact who helps keep everything running smoothly, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for client account service needs (phone and in person)
- Open and support new client accounts and maintain accurate client records
- Provide administrative and operational support to the advisory team
- Document activity and updates in their CRM
- Support account/client communication and follow-ups
- Assist with trade-related processing (as assigned) and other duties as needed
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and handle confidential/sensitive information responsibly
- Willing to obtain (or already have) required licenses (e.g., SEI, Series 6/7/63/65/66)

- Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (some flexibility)
- Location: On-site in York, PA
