Fulfillment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Open, sort, and date stamp incoming work
- Scan, prep, and attach electronic files to member accounts to initiate enrollment
- Distribute tasks to preprocessors using a defined process
- Monitor and triage the Unit email inbox; categorize, filter, and route messages
- Provide prompt, professional responses to simple inquiries
- Use a QA process to ensure outgoing mailings are correct; maintain vendor-related reports
- Update daily receipts and tracking reports; identify issues and route escalations appropriately
- Support clerical fulfillment tasks, including emailing/faxing enrollment data and maintaining documentation
- Participate in training and follow up on outstanding requests
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of prior mailroom experience (required)
- Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially OutlookExcel and Word experience preferred
- Experience with scanning/imaging and familiarity with postal equipment/standards preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for long shifts; lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working with strict procedures, deadlines, and privacy standards
