What You’ll Do
- Support clients by preparing and processing account paperwork, ensuring smooth account maintenance
- Assist with transactions like incoming transfers, checks, and deposits
- Follow up with clients to gather required information and documents
- Manage electronic client files and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support ongoing projects
- Monitor account alerts and perform daily investment tasks
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree or similar work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
