What You’ll Do

• Support clients by preparing and processing account paperwork, ensuring smooth account maintenance
• Assist with transactions like incoming transfers, checks, and deposits
• Follow up with clients to gather required information and documents
• Manage electronic client files and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support ongoing projects
• Monitor account alerts and perform daily investment tasks

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate degree or similar work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion

• Pay / Salary: $53,000 – $63,000 annually
• Hours / Schedule: Full Time
• Location: Onsite in Gap, PA
