After more than 30 years leading TriStarr, I remain engaged in the company’s operations and future growth. Today, I focus on compliance, internal training, and strategic initiatives that strengthen our organization and support our team’s continued success.
Although my role looks a bit different these days, I stay closely connected to our clients, our employees, and the evolving workforce challenges that impact both. I remain involved in helping shape our approach as a staffing partner, ensuring TriStarr continues to deliver the exceptional service and expertise our clients have come to expect.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is having the opportunity to support and mentor the talented professionals who lead TriStarr today. Watching our team grow and thrive while continuing to contribute to the company’s success has been incredibly fulfilling. I also remain active in several community organizations that are important to me and reflect TriStarr’s long-standing commitment to the communities we serve.
