 TriStarr’s Client doesn’t just dispose—they repurpose, recycle, and revalue. And they need a Sales Associate who’s ready to make connections, close deals, and help our community clean smarter.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with local businesses, homeowners, and contractors to offer disposal & recycling solutions

• Generate and follow up on leads—because every item has a second life!

• Build long-term client relationships that matter

• Represent our brand at local events, trade shows, and community efforts

• Educate customers on sustainable waste management and goods recovery
• Call and canvas potential customers from our office in Brownstown with soft introductions regarding our company in growth and new areas
• Set appointments for Sales Reps in various areas with leads the sales team generates
   

What You Bring:

• A proven passion for sales (experience in waste, recycling, or logistics is a plus!)

• Outgoing personality with great communication skills

• Self-starter attitude—you see opportunity where others see junk

• Reliable transportation and knowledge of the Lancaster County area

• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales software
