We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Assistant to support our client's Accounting Department with a variety of clerical and mail-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with data, and ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.


What You’ll Do

  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail

  • Process checks: scan to the Reinsurance team, print related notices, and match documentation

  • Enter and upload files into internal systems

  • Prepare, verify, and deposit checks accurately

  • Scan and email various forms and correspondence

  • Print and mail due diligence letters and provider refund checks

  • Update bank report files and respond to emails

  • Perform other clerical duties as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required

  • Experience: At least 1 year of office or clerical experience

  • Skills:

  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Comfortable with computers and standard office software

  • Dependable and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
