Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Your impact will include:

• Organizing case files, pleadings, and supporting documents to ensure seamless case management
• Coordinating client meetings, depositions, and conference calls to facilitate ongoing case activity
• Drafting legal documents, demands, releases, and trial materials
• Managing and updating electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense attorneys to keep everyone informed and engaged
• Assisting with research, witness preparation, and court filings to support successful case resolution

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal support, preferably within personal injury or litigation
• Associates degree in Paralegal or Legal Studies; Bachelor’s preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal case management software
• Strong organization, communication, and discretion skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt as needed

Job Details

• Job Type: Permanent
• Pay / Salary: $58K–$60K plus full benefits package
• Hours / Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm (flexible start times, no overtime)
• Location: Onsite with business casual dress code, including jeans on Fridays
