What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly staff across multiple locations and pay cycles.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, handling tax filings and year-end reporting with precision.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Store Operations to resolve payroll issues and support system enhancements.
• Develop and mentor payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to support quarterly and annual reviews.
• Maintain payroll controls and prepare detailed reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing.
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll (preferred) or comparable systems such as PeopleSoft.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Hybrid schedule flexibility

Job Details

• Job Type: Permanent, on-site with potential for hybrid schedule
• Pay / Salary: $88,100 – $120,000/yr + incentive
• Hours / Schedule: Typically standard hours, with support needed during peak payroll cycles
• Location: Sunbury, PA (onsite, with hybrid options available)
