HR Director

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and development efforts to attract and retain top talent
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective programs
• Cultivate an engaging, inclusive workplace culture and serve as the trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Advise senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and legal compliance
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with changing labor laws
• Drive training initiatives, including compliance, anti-harassment, and diversity & inclusion programs

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a nonprofit environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Deep knowledge of employment laws, HRIS platforms, and payroll systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong management skills with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a passion for our mission

• Pay Range: $110K+ DOE annually, plus benefits
• Hours: Full time
