Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis (3+ months, but may be a great foot in the door!). This role involves processing expense payments, sending form letters to medical providers for records and documents, and handling data entry tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and expense payments.
  • Send requests to medical providers (using pre-made form letters).
  • Enter data and update contact databases.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Experience in financial services (banking, accounts payable, insurance) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel and typing).

Details:

  • Pay: $18-20/hr.
  • Job type: Temporary (3-6months)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, M-F
  • Dress Code: Business casual
  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: Lancaster, PA
