Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities accurately and consistently 
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; research and resolve discrepancies 
• Prepare and enter journal entries; help maintain general ledger accuracy 
• Support month-end close tasks and routine financial reporting 
• Keep financial records, files, and documentation organized and up to date 
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve billing questions

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting support experience 
• Working knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger basics 
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel 
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management 
• Clear, professional communication and a reliable, team-focused approach

Job Details

• Job Type: Long-term temporary 
• Pay / Salary: $22–$25/hour 
• Hours / Schedule: Part-time; flexible schedule (20–30 hours/week) 
• Location: On-site (Lancaster, PA)
