If you’re the kind of person who stays calm when it’s busy, keeps details straight, and treats every customer with courtesy, this short-term opportunity could be a great fit. A well-established wholesale and retail company in Manheim is seeking dependable temporary coverage for approximately 3-4 weeks. You’ll support the front counter and phones, enter orders accurately, and help keep daily customer flow running smoothly in a fast-paced, straightforward team environment.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and orders
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front counter
• Take, verify, and enter customer orders accurately
• Complete routine data entry using existing forms and systems
• Provide general receptionist/customer service support as needed
• Work closely with the dispatch team

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience
• Dependable and punctual; able to step in quickly with minimal training
• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate (must-have)
• Courteous, professional communication (phone + in-person)
• Comfortable in a busy environment with shifting priorities
• Basic computer skills and data entry comfort (advanced skills not required)

Job Details

• Job Type: Temporary (approximately 3–4 weeks)
• Pay / Salary: $16-$20/hour
• Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Manheim, PA (business casual; jeans are fine)
