Are you highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for keeping information accurate and well-structured? TriStarr’s client, a Lancaster, PA–based non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time temporary Administrative Support professional to assist with organizing and digitizing files as they transition to a paperless model. This onsite role is ideal for someone who values precision, confidentiality, and supporting a busy HR team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the HR department by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth document management. Responsibilities include:

Scanning and digitally archiving personnel files in the HRIS database (ADP) according to established criteria.

Organizing and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Tracking project progress using the provided employee roster.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Supporting compliance and record-keeping requirements through accurate documentation.

Performing other administrative or file-management duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and previous experience working in an office environment. Requirements include:

High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, ideally involving records management.

Familiarity with HR compliance regulations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and customer-service–oriented demeanor.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software.

Familiarity with ADP HRIS or related databases (preferred).

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Previous experience with HRIS database management (ADP).
-
Experience supporting HR or compliance-related administrative tasks.
Job Details:
Assignment Type: Temporary (2 months)
Location: Lancaster, PA (onsite only)
Schedule: Full-time preferred (8am–4pm)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Start Date: ASAP, pending interviews
Dress Code: Business casual
