TriStarr’s client, a well‑established insurance company in New Holland, PA, is looking for an Office Services Specialist. In this hands‑on role, you’ll keep daily operations running smoothly by handling mailroom functions, pitching in at the front desk, and providing general office support that helps every department stay productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up, open, sort, and distribute daily mail; transport outgoing mail to the U.S. Post Office.
  • Assemble and mail insurance policies, forms, and daily policy packets.
  • Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and monitor building access.
  • Publish daily internal announcements and update phone extension/workflow lists.
  • Address and mail birthday or other greeting cards for business partners.
  • Operate, service, and schedule maintenance for mailing equipment; notify IT of any hardware or program issues.
  • Handle daily report distribution.
  • Cover the front desk during breaks and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of office, mailroom, or related experience.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to pivot duties quickly to meet changing business needs.
  • Proficiency with multi‑line phones, computers, and standard office equipment.
  • Friendly, professional communication style and strong people skills.
  • Proven accuracy and speed with repetitive tasks under time pressure.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 180 days).

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Start Date: Monday, August 4, 2025
Length of Assignment: Temp‑to‑hire
