We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our client's Accounts Receivable team. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of their AR group, ensuring seamless financial processes, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections Management: Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize outstanding balances and optimize cash flow.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze key performance reports to provide insights on AR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and negotiate with customers as needed.
• Invoicing and Payment Processing: Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Solid experience in AR management or a similar role proven track record of success in managing AR operations and leading a team.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
