Are you passionate about affordable housing and ready to make a difference? We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Property Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned housing communities, ensuring smooth leasing processes while maintaining compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between tenants, maintenance, and corporate operations—helping create thriving, well-managed housing environments.
What You’ll Do:

Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and special housing programs.

Perform leasing activities including eligibility determination, rent calculations, and lease signings.

Process annual asset and income verifications for each tenant to ensure ongoing program eligibility.

Support residents with occupancy, complaint resolution, and transfer paperwork.

Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and inspections to ensure proper upkeep of the property.

Administer annual re-certifications in partnership with the Compliance Manager.

Assist in handling resident relations and evictions when necessary.

Maintain accurate and organized resident files and ensure Fair Housing Laws compliance.

Participate in ongoing training to continually develop your property management skills.
What You’ll Bring:
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Must pass the Pennsylvania Real Estate License exam within one year of employment.

Must obtain IRS Section 42 certification within one year of employment.

At least 1 year of administrative experience (property management experience preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, peers, and supervisors.
-
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-
Ability to handle physical demands such as prolonged desk work and light lifting.
Pluses:

Experience in property management.

Experience with HUD programs.
-
Experience using Yardi software.
-
Real estate experience.
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr hourly rate, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, 14 days of paid time off, and 14 holidays.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-3pm (37.5 hours per week)
