A Lancaster County law firm is looking for a Technology Support & Training Specialist like you to join their team! The ideal candidates are eager to learn new skills and share their experience amongst a cohesive team.
Position Overview: As their Technology Support & Training Specialist, you will play a key role in:
• Providing comprehensive technology support to our team, including hardware, software, and network coordination.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance skills across their firm, from technical proficiency to client service excellence.
• Collaborating with firm leadership and practice groups to optimize software utilization and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage software systems including Office 365, Worldox, Orion Financial & Practice Management, and others.
• Design and deliver training initiatives tailored to their users’ skill level, ensuring continuous development.
• Evaluate and refine training programs to align with strategic objectives and evolving needs.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing creative solutions to leverage technology effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for PCs, printers, applications, and mobile devices, coordinating with outside tech support as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with document and practice management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge, with a proactive approach to technology integration.

SALARY RANGE: $52k-$70k/yr., depending on experience and schedule
HOURS: Open to Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or Part-time schedule
