Our client, a specialty food manufacturer based in New Holland, PA, is seeking a part-time Temporary Marketing Assistant to support tactical and strategic initiatives within their consumer-packaged goods marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-priority projects where you’ll actively contribute, manage tasks, and learn from experienced marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Cross-functionally manage completion of new product launches and limited-edition items, including sales team interaction, design approval of packaging development, and agency management related to promotional launches.

Presentation & Selling Material Development

• Assist the Manager by developing and refining presentations related to promotional programs, selling materials, timelines, and project status.

Social Media / Advertising / Media / Creative

• Facilitate agency delivery of monthly social media postings. Review and gain approval through marketing leadership (Director), providing full and timely feedback for revisions and postings.

• Facilitate website updates as needed.

Collaboration

• Support cross-functional projects with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, working in an office environment.
• Skills: Project management (timeline development & management), strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about food and marketing.
• Schedule: Ability to work 3 full workdays (usually Tuesday–Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Job Details:

• Assignment Type: Temporary (approx. 4–6 months)
• Pay Rate: $25–$32/hr.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Part-time; Tuesday–Thursday, 9am–5pm
• Work Environment: On-site, casual
