Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and an interest in supporting pricing and sales operations? Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Mountville, PA, is seeking a temporary Pricing Coordinator to assist their team with master data maintenance and sales partnership support. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and sales representatives while ensuring pricing accuracy and smooth order processing.

What You’ll Do
As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting pricing operations. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and ensuring accurate pricing on incoming orders
• Processing price deviation requests from the sales team
• Partnering with sales representatives to update price documentation
• Assisting with weekly  price communications and follow-up inquiries

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is accurate, efficient, and comfortable working with pricing data. While there are no strict requirements, the following skills and experience are preferred:

• Previous experience with pricing, data entry, or master data maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfort collaborating with sales and operations teams

Job Details

• Assignment Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
• Pay Rate: $25–$31/hr.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break
• Location: Mountville, PA (on-site)
• Dress Code: Business casual
