Join our dynamic team as a temporary Claims Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical, dental, vision, and other related claims. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting claim forms and related documents to determine benefit coverage, and accurately handling correspondence, claims, and referrals within established timeframes.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Review, analyze, and interpret claim forms and related documents to determine benefit coverage
* Accurately handle correspondence, claims, and referrals in a timely manner 
* Support the Claims reinsurance team in the research and resolution of claims
* Handle network referrals and PPO repricing disputes
* Communicate effectively with employees, members, providers, and other insurance carriers via various channels

**Requirements**
* High school Diploma or GED, with a 1+ years claims processing or analysis experience 
* Strong computer skills and good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work 37.5 hours during the business day, with a minimum of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
