We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Specialist to support our client’s team in Lancaster, PA. This role is key to ensuring customers find the right appliance parts, HVAC supplies, and repair tools, whether over the phone, online, or in person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be completely comfortable talking on the phone.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly voice and face of the company, answering phones and greeting customers.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system.
• Help customers identify parts using model numbers or product descriptions.
• Check stock, pricing, and shipping options.
• Route calls or messages to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with occasional in-person counter orders.
• Keep your workspace organized and help wherever needed around the office.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, call centers, or parts sales is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone and handling multiple calls professionally.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and using email.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• A collaborative, “can-do” attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Job Details:

• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (possible Saturday availability)
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Dress Code: Casual
