Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis (3+ months but may be a great foot in the door!). This role involves processing expense payments, sending form letters to medical providers for records and documents, and handling data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and expense payments.

Send requests to medical providers (using pre-made form letters).

Enter data and update contact databases.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 1 year of administrative experience.

Experience in financial services (banking, accounts payable, insurance) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficient computer skills (Excel and typing).
Details:

Pay: $18-20/hr

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F

Dress Code: Business casual
