Accounts Payable Specialist (part-time)

Our client, a local and well-established aviation company, is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting processes and help keep operations moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Payable records in Sage 50

• Ensure accurate AP data entry and recordkeeping

• Maintain organized AP files and correct filing/documentation

• Assist with purchase orders and related data entry

• Reconcile bank statements

Qualifications

• Working experience with Sage 50 (highly preferred) 

• Prior Accounts Payable experience, including accurate data entry and documentation

• Comfortable communicating with vendors by phone regarding payments

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks

• Ability to work in an office with occasional loud noises

Position Details

• Location: Lititz, PA (on-site)

• Schedule: Part-time, 15–20 hours/week; flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, (Monday–Wednesday preferably)

• Pay Rate: $22–$26/hour, based on experience

• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
